• A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required payment.
• Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
• Full payment must be completed before the commencement of the tour unless otherwise agreed.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy of airlines, hotels, transport providers, or other service partners.
• Processing times for refunds may vary depending on the service provider.

• Travelers are responsible for carrying valid government-issued identification, passports, visas, permits, and any other required travel documents.
• My Quick Trip is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or invalid documentation.

• We reserve the right to modify the itinerary, accommodation, transportation, or sightseeing schedule due to weather conditions, operational requirements, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Any changes will be made with the best interests of travelers in mind.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, baggage loss, and unforeseen travel disruptions.

• My Quick Trip acts only as a travel facilitator for hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other travel partners.
• We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, natural disasters, political unrest, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Travelers are expected to follow local laws, hotel policies, and tour guidelines.
• Any damage caused to hotel property, vehicles, or public property shall be the responsibility of the traveler.
