Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Orders for digital products, software licenses, website development, hosting, or IT services can only be cancelled before work has commenced.
• Once the project has started or digital products have been delivered, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our support team.

• Refunds are applicable only if Quickwave Technologies Pvt Ltd is unable to deliver the agreed service due to reasons within our control.
• Payments made for completed work, delivered digital products, domain registrations, hosting services, software subscriptions, SSL certificates, or third-party services are non-refundable.
• Partial refunds may be considered for projects that are cancelled before significant work has been completed.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Advance payments made for website development, mobile applications, software development, or customization are non-refundable once the design or development process has begun.
• Any additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Domain registration, renewal, hosting plans, VPS, cloud services, SSL certificates, and email hosting are non-refundable once activated, as these services are immediately provisioned.

Payments made towards third-party products or services, including software licenses, payment gateways, advertising platforms, SMS gateways, cloud services, or API subscriptions, are subject to the respective provider’s refund policies.

If you believe you have made an incorrect or duplicate payment, please contact us immediately. After verification, eligible refunds will be processed accordingly.

Quickwave Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for delays or failure to provide services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government restrictions, or technical failures.
